Buseh and ourselves, in which letter you subscribe yourself as Agent for the German Emigrants. In answer, we beg to inform you that having made application to Mr. Fox, the New Zealand Company's Resident Agent for this place, he assures us that you hold no such office. Under theie circumstances, we protest against your right to address us in such a capacity ; and herewith inform you that for the future such letters will be returned to you unanswered. IJRAY OF ISLANDS.— A PUBLIC J-J MEETING will be held on the Green, on MONDAY next, at noon precisely, to prepare an ADDRESS of CONDOLENCE with the ejected Inhabitants of the Bay of Islands, and to express an opinion of the conduct of the officers and crew of H.M.S.
