CAPE OF GOOD HOPE.

We learn from the Sydney papers that the colonists at the Cape are suffering severely from the depredations of the Caffres. The loss of life as well as of property which has ensued from the depredations of these lawless beings has called forth a demonstration of public feeling, which has forced upon the Executive Government of the colony a more active course than it has before pursued.
