Tip juinapiill be* given to stock either imported or bred in the colony .T; The exhibitor is requested, when exhibiting stock bred in the colony, to state in writing the breed of the parent stock as far as he is able, from whence they came, and whether still in the colony. The exhibitors of grain are requested to state, as nearly as possible, the produce per acre, the number of crops previously obtained from the land, and its 'original produce. Also, the time when the grain was sctwn, the method of sowing, the weight of the bushel, and whether the land hid been previously manured. \ The'amount of money to be given in cash prizes will depend on the amount 'of subscriptions and donations to the funds of the society. Prizts will be given for the above articles under I any circumstances, bnt many additional, prises: will b* given if the funds of the society will allow. All the articles will be returned to the exhibitors. The first exhibition will take place about the middle of November, and the second early in the month of April. Of the daya of exhibition, dve 1 notice will be given by the committee. Treatises on, any subject connected with the objects of the society will be gratefully received by the committee, at the different exhibitions. W. O.
