TO MASTERS OF VESti_N SELS. — I wish to acquaint masters of coasting vessels that the New Zealand Company's Agent at New Plymouth has discontinued affording the gratuitous use of their boats to vessels of small burden, and that they are now required to run them pn a beach on which a continual surf is breaking even in fine weather, or pay such a sum -for the hire of the boats as will swallow up nearly the whole amount of freight.
