AIRMEN LEAVE ENGLAND IN LINER London, Nov. 29. New Zealand and Australian airmen who returned to England when the Orion was forced back by engine trouble are leaving Southampton to-morx-ow in the liner Athlone Castle. SUPREME COURT CASES SETTLED It was announced in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon that settlements had been reached in the following cases: Margaret Moore Foster-Barham (Mr W. V. Rout) v. Hugh Garritt FosterBarham (Mr A. E. L. Scantlebury), claim for transfer of land held by defendant in trust for plaintiff. Alexander John McHardy (Mr C. J. O’Regan) v. The Puponga Coalmine Co. Ltd. (Mr C. R. Fell), claim for wages, compensation and travelling expenses arising out of accident to plaintiff while in employment of defendant.
