The following divorce cases were dealt with in the Supreme Court yesterday by the Chief Justice Sir Michael Myers: Harold Stanley Le Varis Slatter (Mr W. V. R. Fletcher) v. Doris Alma P. Slatter, decree nisi granted to be *..oved absolute after the expiration of three months. Edward Rees (Mr C. R. Fell) v. Lucy Doris Rees (Mr W. V. R. Fletcher). A decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months was granted. Charles G'llingham Howard (Mr W. V. Rout) v. Nellie Rose Howard, order made for restitution of conjugal rights. Wilbert Forest Wastney (Mr C. R. Fell) v. Zara Emma Leah Wastney, order granted for restitution of conjugal rights. Wynsome Eleanore O’Keefe (Mr C*. R Fell) v. William Francis O’Keefe, decre : nisi to be made absolute after three months. Francis Irvine Norris (Mr W. V. Rout) v. Daphne Maria Norris and a co-respondent, decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months. Walter Frederick Krammer (Mr M. C. H. Cheek) v. Avis Shirley Krammer and Harold S. Le Varis Slatter, decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months, with costs against co-respon-dent. Decress absolute were granted in the following cases: Malcolm Johnson (Mr C. R. Fell) v. Hazel Dawn Johnson (Mr M. C. H. Cheek). Olga Rose Gardiner (Mr J. H. Ralfe) v. Allan James Gardiner. Sidney Gilbertson (Mr Ralfe) v. Genneriffe Adelaide Gilbertson (Mr Brodie). Margaret Lindsay Moffat Enner (Mr Ralfe) v. Harold Enner (Mr Cheek). Ivy Storm (Mr Fletcher) v. Donald McKenzie Storm. Allen Wilmot Louis (Mr H. G. Brodie) v. Rona Grace Louis and Andrew Burns Raeside. decree nisi to be moved absolute after three months. Aileen Edna Vaughan (Mr H. G. Brodie) v. William Theophilus Vaughan.
