WHEN ORDER IS RESTORED Athens, Nov. 27. The Prime Minister, Mr Sofoulis stated that elections would be held when order had been restored. Candidates will be able to circulate freely in their electorates but the* date would be set regardless of foreign obseivers. The Government was under no obligation whatsoever to undertake elections before March. Mr Venezelos denied the report that he had assumed the leadership of the Liberal F-rty when Mr Sofoulis became Prime Minister.
