THE ARMENIAN PROBLEM
INTERVENTION REQUESTED . London, Sept. 18. The Armenian Socialist Party has forwarded a memorandum to the Council of Foreign Ministers requesting intervention to settle the Armenian problem, urging that Turkey should be called on to renounce in favour of Soviet Armenia, all rights and titles over territories assigned to Armenia by the late President Wilson.
