The delegate reported that under new management the official journal “The Country Woman” would be a much improved magazine. She also intimated the new application forms for those desirous of holidaying 'in a rest home emild be obtained from advisory board members. Mrs Small was thanked for her report. Letters from two servicemen conveyed thanks for parcels received. Competition winners were: Three pikelets, Mrs A. Newlove 1, Mrs Deavoll 2; best bloom, Mrs A. Newlove 1, Mrs R. Sparrow 2.
