PORT OF WESTPORT
West Port, August 27. Heavy seas on the bar and the flooded state of the Buffer river to-day again prevented the Kartigi, for Wellington. Kaimiro. for Auckland, and Titoki, for Tarakohe. from sailing. They will depart as soon as conditions permit. The Rata, diverted from the Grey mouth roadstead, : s awaiting the sea to moderate to permit her entering port to load for Casllecliff.
