„ ~ Canberra, Aug. 6 Seedless strawberries and raspbern?ay, result from a spray which protects fruit from frosts. The spray has been discovered by British scienl, ?. a ter . sl * years 01 experiments. The ■ruit treated by the spray has been seedless. So Jar it has been tried only on apples and tomatoes, but it is to be tiled on other fruits. The linked Kingdom High Commissioner s Oifice which reported the discovery of the spray, says the process suies a full crop of fruit every year and P-evenfs pre-harvest falls which nave greatly reduced the Quantify of nut m previous seasons.
