BLOCKADE OF JAPAN GUAM, Aug. 3. —Super-Fortresses have established a complete shipping blockade in the Japanese home islands, 'said a spokesman for the Twentieth, Air Force. Every important harbour, throughout Japan was virtually closed. Korean waters had also been mined by ouper-Fortresses.
