CHANGES EXPECTED
PRESIDENT TRUMAN’S CABINET New York, June 23 Though official confirmation is lacking, political circles believe that President Truman will make further Cabinet changes before his departure for Berlin to confer with Mr gihurchill and Marshal Stalin, says the Washington correspondent of the “New York Times.” Democratic Senators predict that Mr Byrnes will be appointed Secretary of State before the Big Three conference convenes. They expect that Mr Stettinias will be appointed Ambassador to London and will also serve as chairman of the UNCIO interim commission in London, while the- present Ambassador in London (Mr Winant) will become Ambassador to Paris. It is also expected that Mr Ickes and Mr Morgenthau will be replaced. Both Mr Byrnes and Mr Stettinius will accompany President Truman to Berlin.
