ESCAPE ROUTE FOR JAPANESE <Rec. 11.30 a.m.) London, June 11. Another escape route for the Japanese across the Salween River towards Siam was hit on Sunday by R.A.F. heavy bombers. Six thousand enemy troops were reported to be concentrated near Kamamaung, on the west bank of the Salween 60 miles north of MOulmein. and in half a-hour at midday R*A.F. Liberators dropped more than 130 tons of bombs.
