Experts are at sea over the likely result of the race, but they agree that the horses with the most i impressive form are the favourite i Dante Court Martial, Royal Charger, I Chamossaire, High Peak, Sunstorm j and Vicinity. This is likely to be the last Derby at Newmarket. The rush , began yesterday afternoon. It is estimated that £10,000,000 will change ■ hands on the Derby. The bookmakers, ( of whom there are more now than at any time in the past six years, are doing fabulous business. SUNSTREAM WINS OAKS
London, June 8. The result of the Oaks, of ljm, was: Sunstream 1, Naishapur 2, Solar Princess 3. Won by a short head with threequarters of a length between second and third. Par Excellence was fourth. Time, 2.30.
