THE KITTEN CATCHES A MOUSE

I have a lovely black and white kitten and he catches mice. He caught one the other night and I was too scared to go to bed. The poor mouse was squeaking like anything. The kitten brought it inside before he ate it, and I think he enjoyed it too, for I heard him chewing and purring.—Judy Mdulder (8 years), Brightwater.
