ALL-INDIAN CABINET
VICEROY S REPORTED OFFER London, June 6. , -It' .is reliably reported that the Viceroy of India, Lord Wavell, is offering India an all-Indian Cabinet, provided it agrees to prosecute the war against Japan and adopts a policy of post-war reconstruction, says the British United Press correspondent at New Delhi., If the offer is accepted the Viceroy and CommancW-in-Chief would be the only Europeans in the Cabinet, which would replcrvj the present Viceroy’s Executive Council.
