ORDER MADE IN FAVOUR OF PLAINTIFF Announcing his decision this mornii in the case of Florence V. Milner v. Sybil G Mackersey. claim for possession of a house ( reported on Page 3) the Magistrate. Mr T. E. Maunsell, said that he considered that the premises were within the scope of the Fail Rents Act but he thought the evidence established greater hardship on Mrs Milner. He made an order for possession on or before 15th June. Plaintiff was allowed 5s costs and £2 2s solicitor’s expenses.
