SOVIET-YUGOSLAV TREATY
FRIENDSHIP AND ASSISTANCE London, April 12. Moscow radio announced that Russia and Yugoslavia have signed a treaty of friendship and mutual assistance. The Governments agree that neither will contract an alliance directed against the other. The Foreign Commissar, M. Molotov, said: “I am certain the treaty will help to accelerate the rout of Germany and serve the cause of the United Nations.”
