GERMAN DIPLOMATS IN TURKEY London, April 10. The British United Press correspondent at Ankara reports that 178 German diplomatic personnel interned in Turkey have declined to offer to be repatriated in exchange for Turkish subjects. They included the former German Military Attache, General Roede. and von Rifcbentrop’s sister, the wife of a former counsellor in the German Embassy.
