GERMAN OFFICER’S POSITION
QUESTION IN HOUSE OF COMMONS London, April 9. The German Captain Klause, who arrived in Britain "in circumstances similar to those in which Hess arrived." will be the subject of a Parliamentary question to-morrow, says the "Evening Standard.” Klause claims he married the daughter of a titled Englishwoman during the German occupation of Paris, remaining there when the Germans were driven out. Mr E. L. Granville (Ind. Lab ' intends to ask whether Klause has been arrested or interned or if he is receiving special treatment, also whether reasons can be stated for extending special privileges.
