FINNISH GOVERNMENT RESIGNS
(Rec. .10 a.m.) London, April 9. The Finnish radio announced that Dr Pasaikivi. Prime Minister, has handed the resignation of the Government to the President, Dr. Ryti, who has asked the Ministers to carry on until a new Government is formed.
