NELSON SPECIAL EGG MARKETING NOTICE No. 1 to the Egg Marketing Emergency Regulations, 1942, (hereinafter referred to as “the re* gulations’ ) the Minister of Marketing directs and declares as follows: U) This Notice may be cited as the Nelson Special Egg Marketing Notice No. 1. (2) This Notice shall come into force on the 9th day of April, 1945. (3) All that area of land within the Nelson city area and the town district of Tahunanui, is hereby declared to be a Special Egg Market* ing Area for the purpose of the Regulations. (4) In this Notice — “Authorised distributor” means the Nelson Co-operative Farm Products Limited, operating at premises on and having its registered office at 45 Rutherford Street, Nel(s) No eggs shall be sold by way of sale by wholesale within the Special Egg Marketing Area except by the authorised distributor or its agent acting under the authority of and in accordance with the direction of the Minister. (6) All eggs for sale by wholesale within the Special Area shall be delivered to the authorised distributor or its order, and shall be accounted for in such manner at such prices, subject to such deductions (if any) whether for commission or otherwise as the Minister from time to time directs, either generally or specially. (7) Except through the agency of the authorised distributor or his agents, no person shall.within the Special Egg Marketing Area purchase, or accept any eggs for sale for retail whether in the form in which they are received or any other form or as part of any meal or commodity.
