THE SHADOWS FLEE
I wake to hear the song of birds. And there is cheer , I want no words Beyond the music of their song! They sing of love, of home and hope, And so they prove to me the scope Of love Divine, both sweet and strong. The shadows flee, the dawn is here, The melody dispels night's fear And .shall not I their praise prolong? —By H. B. Richenda Parham.
