HIGH COURT RULING The High Court, by a majority decision granted the Consolidated Press Proprietors of the “Sydney Daily Telegraph ’ an interlocutory injunction restraining censorship officials until April 21 from preventing publication of the article and editorial complained of in th e application. The newspaper concerned undertook not to publish anything prejudicial to public safety or the efficient prosecution of the war. A similar injunction was granted in the case of th e “Sydney Morning Herald” and the "Daily Mirror.” The Deputy Prime Minister. Mr announced that a meeting of lull Cabinet had been summoned for to-morrow in Canberra to discuss censorship and other matters.
