CAUSE OF BROTHER’S DEATH Sydney, April 7. At the conclusion of the inquest into the death of William Henry Sealby. aged 23, who died at the Royal South Sydney Hospital. Jack Sealby. his brother, was committed for trial on a charge of manslaughter, the city coroner, Mr Harris, finding that William Sealby died from a fractured skull, feloniously inflicted by his brother.. Dorothy May Brew in, said that when she and William Sealby. her fiancee, were walking to her mother’s place Jack Sealby met them The brothers spoke heatedly and she walked away. When she returned with her mother William Sealby was lying on his back. She heard Jack say, “I hope he dies.” A statement alleged to have been made by Jack Sealby said that the brothers had some words about Jack Sealby’s wife. Jack Sealby then hit his brother with his fist, causing him to fall and strike his head on the asphalt.
