MOSQUITOES AT BERLIN

BOMB FLASHES CLEARLY SEEN ENEMY WATERS MINED London, April 14 An Air Ministry communique states that squadrons of Mosquitoes last night attacked objectives in Berlin and western Germany. Enemy waters were also mined. Not one of our aircraft is missing. The Mosquitoec encountered intense anti-aircraft fire and also some 250 searchlights. There was a thin cloud haze over the target but the Mosquitoes bombed on ground markers. Crews clearly saw the flash ot bombs Several enemy planes were over parts of south-east England counties last night. Some Hew to the London area. A high explosive fell in one London district. killing three and injuring four. , Bombs were dropped at four places outside London. The raid caused slight j damage. Two enemv aircraft were destroyed.
