ITALIAN SHIPS IN SPAIN
RELEASE OF THREE CONFIRMED NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING OTHERS London, Feb. 9. It is confirmed in London that three of 14 Italian ships detained in Spanish ports have already been released, reports the diplomatic correspondent of “The Times ” Negotiations about the others are progressing satisfactorily in Madrid. The detention of these ships was one of the unneutral acts of which the British and American Governments lately complained.
