CAPITAL NO LONGER

BERLINERS DESERTED BY GOVERNMENT

KEY DEPARTMENTS SCATTERED London, Feb. 8. Berlin has ceased to be the capital of Germany. They are now scattered in Breslau, Dresden and Vienna. Nazi officials have not announced the evacuation for fear of panic among Berliners deserted in their city.
