PIG KEPT IN BATHROOM
A TRAMWAYMAX’S DILEMMA Perth, Feb. 5. A tramwayman who kept a pig in his bathroom for several weeks was fined £2, with £2 5s costs, on a charge under the Health Act. in the Fremantle Police Court. The defendant said that the pig was left in his tram by a passenger. The lost property office would not look after it. so he decided to take it home and keep it in his bathroom until he found the owner. He failed to do this, so
finally he took the pig to a piggery on his bicycle.
