STEEL FOR FARM MACHINERY

London, Feb. 4. The United States War Production Board announced according to a Washing message that it has earmarked 30,000 tons of steel to produce farm machinery for France, Norway. Poland. Netherlands, Denmark. Belgium and Italy “whose liberation by the United Nations is. expected.” The board stated that no actual production of machinery would yet be permitted, but special provision would have to be made when requirements were determined.
