UNREST IN BULGARIA
\NTI-GERMAN REVOLTS REPORTED London, Feb. 3. The Berne correspondent of the Stockholm newspaper “Tidningen” says that according to well-informed Balkan sources a state of emergency has been declared in several Bulgarian areas after anti-German revolts by Bulgarian troops in several garrisons during the last 48 hours.
