BRITISH REPRESENTATIVE IN PARAGUAY
(Rec. 11.0 u.m.) London, Jan. 12. The King has approved the appointment Of Mr Nigel Oliver Willoughby Steward, British Consul at Montevideo to be British Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary at Asuncion, Paraguay, in succession to Mr Daniel Francis Horseman Brickell.
