WELLINGTON PRODUCE PRICES
TOWNSEND AND PAUL'S REPORT (Special to “Mail”) Wellington, This Day Townsend and Paul, Limited, fruit and produce merchants, Wellington, report that during the past week, owing to extremely warm weather prevailing here, sales for tomatoes have been keenly attended with commensurately high rates ruling, particularly for red and wellcoloured varieties. Fruit sales have also commanded good attention, all choice lines realising ceiling price.
