DRASTIC CONTROL IMPOSED Buenos Aires, Jan. 6. A Government decree imposes drastic control on the Argentine press and foreign correspondents. It prohibits publication of news or comment deemed contrary to national interest, makes the publication of governmental communiques and information obligatory and authorises the Government to withdraw from circulation any publication violating the decree.
