RELIEF AND REHABILITATION (Rec. 10 a.m.) London. Nov. 25. Continued co-operation of the United Nations’ Relief and Rehabilitation Administration with other inter-Gov-ernmental organisations was recommended to the U.N.R.R.A. Council in a report adopted by the current session's sub-committee on such relations states an Atlantic City message. The report is being submitted to the committee on general policy by Senor Eurico Penteado, the Brazilian delegate, who is chairman of the sub-com-mittee. Dr. M. Campbell, a member of the New Zealand delegation, is vicechairman. If the report is adopted by the U.N.R.R.A. Council as a whole invitaitons will be extended to several inter-governmental agencies other than tne combined boards to send observers to participate in future meetings of the council, its committees, sub-commit-tees and meetings of regional committees and technical standing committees of the U.N.R.R.A. The adoption of the report would authorise the directorgeneral to invite observers from specified organisations to participate in future council sessions without further action by the council itself. The direc-tor-general in turn would be urged to avail himself ot other organisations as circumstances warrant.
