NELSON RADIO CLUB
RAHOBS AND DXERS It is proposed to form a Nelson Radio Club of Rahobs (radio hobbies) and DXers'dong distance listeners). The membership of the club will be open to all boys and girls interested in radio, the main object being to foster radio as a hobby, and to report on reception with a view to having improvements made. Club competitions will be arranged and at the monthly meetings practical experience will be obtained in building sets, from the modest crystal set to latest model multi-tubed equipment. Mr A. C. Wise, of Lower Moutere is the club president and Mr P. Dickson, of Nelson, the acting secretary.
