AGREEMENT WITH FRANCO’S REGIME (Rec. 12.20 p.m.) London, June 24. Don Juan, Pretender to the Spanish Throne, has agreed in principle with General Franco’s regime, says the “Evening Standard’s” Berne correspondent.
