OBSERVANCE AS USUAL Wellington, This Day In a joint statement issued last night, the Minister of Supply an( j Munitions, Mr Sullivan, and the Min ister of Labour, Mr Webb, announced that the War Cabinet had decided that, subject to the war situation and war requirements at the time, the holiday period Good Friday, Ariril 23, Saturday, April 24, and Easter Monday, April 26, would be observed as usual. Where workers were called upon to work they would be paid the appropriate rates.—P.A.
