AD DRESS-IN-REPLY DEBATE TEN SPEAKERS YESTERDAY (From Our Parliamentary Reporter) Wellington, This Day. The Address-in-Reply debate will conclude to-night. There were ten more speakers yesterday, including five Ministers. but there was little sparkle in the proceedings, although numerous subjects were dealt with. One of the best contributions was that of Mr E. L. Cullen (Government, Hawkes Bay), chairman of the lands committee of the Rehabilitation Board, who devoted his time to discussing land settlement for returned soldiers. Before the Houge rose. Mr Fraser indicated thst there was every probability of the present sitting finishing on Friday. To enable Cabinet and War Cabinet to meet this afternoon the House adjourned until 7.30 to-night, countries mentioned.
