DEATH OF MR EDWIN DOIDGE , Advi< ; e „ has bee n received of the death at Vaucluse. Sydney, of Mr EdlS„7 old i ge '/ veteran journalist of New Zealand and Australia, aged 86 Mr Doidge was bom in England and came to New Zealand as a child with his parents, Mr and Mrs John Doidge who made their residence successively at Auckland Howick and Thames.
