HOMING PIGEON RACES
The following are the results of homing pigeon races from Auckland and Opua:— Auckland:—F. S. Hockey Ist 2nd and 3rd, 6hrs 55min 29sec; L. C. Quinton 4th and sth, 6hrs 59min 58sec; H. Simpson 6th, 7hrs lmin lsec. Opua:—L. C. Quinton Ist and 3rd, F. S. Hockey 2nd. The points for the season are:—F. S. Hockey 66, L. C. Quinton 47; J. Williams 32, H. Simpson 29, S Tyrell-Baxter 24 R. J Hill 7.
