Toronto, Oct. 21. Mr Mitchell Hepburn, outspoken critic of the Mackenzie King Government and the Canadian war effort, h as resigned as the head of the Ontario Liberal Government. The AttorneyGeneral, Mr Gordon Conant, was immediately sworn in as Prem'er.
