DULL WITH DRIZZLE Wellington, This Day. The indications are for moderate to fresh northerly winds, weather dull with occasional rain or drizzle, especially in the west; temperatures mild. The further outlook is for unsettled weather with cooler temperatures. Conditions in Nelson early this morning were overcast and threatening with mist low on the hills, and later there were several showers of light drizzling rain. Temperatures were mild and there was a light north-easterly wind. Yesterday 9 hours 58 minutes’ bright sunshine was recorded in Nelson.
