CITY ENGINEER’S REPORT The Acting-City Engineer (Air L. Robertson) reported as follows: Strees and Footpaths.—The following streets have been repaired: Vanguard street. Motueka street, Trafalgar Square. Beachville Terrace, Haven road. Collingwood street. Wainui street. Cambria street. Trafalgar road. Paru Paru road. Kawai street. Wakatu Lane. Lower Hardy street, Waimea street, Halifax street. Tahaki street. In Toi Toi street an area of 2000 square yards has been sealed. Short lengths of water table have been regraded in Halifax street and Haven road. The TrafalgarExaminer street intersection has been graded and metalled. Scheme 13. —Men employed, pig-rais-ing. 2.
