DEPORTATION TO GERMANY RED CROSS ASKS FOR INFORMATION (Rec. 11.50 a m.) Rugby, Oct. 8. The Foreign Relations Department.of the British Red Cross states that having read reports of the deportation of men and families from the Channel Islands for forced labour in Germany, it has cabled to the International Red Cross Committee in Geneva for a full list of the names of these people and their present whereabouts.
