BOMB EXPLOSION IN BRUSSELS
GERMANY OFFERS £6OOO REWARD (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) London, Oct. 8. The independent Belgian agency says the Germans have offered a reward of £6OOO for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators of a bomb explosion in a Brussels cinema when one was killed and several injured during the showing of a film of the Russian campaign to a Rexist-Flemish-Nation-alist audience.—P.A.
