ANOTHER TAX BILL IN U.S.

Washington, Oct. 5. Mr Morgenthau, Secretary of the Treasury, announced that the Treasury intends to ask Congress for another tax bill for at least 6.000.000.000 dollars immediately Congress passes the pending measure. He said the Treasury must have a minimum of 30,000000.000 dollars yearly. He estimated that the pending measure and existing taxes would produce 24.000.000.000 dollars only.—P.A.
