AXIS RAIDER IN SOUTH
* ATLANTIC BRAZILIAN FREIGHTERS ATTACKED (Rec. 2.0 p.m.) Rio de Janiero, Aug. 11. The Association Press of Great Britain says the Brazilian Department of Press Propaganda authorised the publication abroad, but not locally, of a report hat an Axis surface raider operating in the South Atlantic having attacked at least one freighter yeserday and another on Saturday. The esults were not disclosed.—P.A.
