Smallwood, as oint managing directors of the Slate Advances Corporation of New Zealann lor a further term of seven year:, was gazetted last night. They will com plete their original .-even-year appoint mentg at the end of this month, having taken office as joint managing directors of the corporation on Ist July, 1935 Mr Park also bolds the oflice of chair man of the corporation board oi directors, and Mr Smallwood that of deputy* chairman.
